HiveDrive made its European debut at the BIM Town Innovation Stage in Munich

BIM World trade show was held in Munich on 22nd and 23rd of November 2022.

In mid-October, right before our first official SilentWave in-person event in Bologna for SAIE trade show, they informed us that HiveDrive, our collaborative and decentralized CDE software, had been selected, among over 200 applications from about 55 countries, in the Top40 finalists of the Smart Building / Smart Construction Techpreneurs 2022 competition, which would have been held in Munich on November 22nd and would have allowed us to present our solution in front of a jury of Construction Sector experts and investors.

At that point we thought: why not take advantage of this opportunity to gain extra visibility by exhibiting in one of the most important European BIM software event during both days of the show?

So we came into something that was not included in our 2022 roadmap for HiveDrive, considering it a bit premature, i.e. testing the reaction of the European market to our mission of going against the tide, when all the big players move to the cloud, rowing in the opposite version and giving back the power of data and its ease of use to the true owners of such valuable information.

The result of the two days was positive from many points of view.
On a communicative side, to understand how to approach the European market showing our values.
In terms of business and commercial growth, we have gathered interest from a potential Belgian investor, a potential German reseller, two software houses that want to integrate HiveDrive into their multi-software packages, and finally some customers from Austria, Turkey, Switzerland, France.

Now we just have to look at 2023 with renewed confidence and let our startup make the definitive leap.
